Does IPL Play`s Its Part To Find New Talent In India?

There are a lot of writer and critics in India and round the world who believe that IPL really helps Indians board to find some new talent.Although this is true to some extant but i believe that India always had good batting line up but the questions arises that what about the bowling department of India.why the board of India has been
unable to find the fast bowlers?.It is just a perception that through IPL Indian board is finding a lot of backup player.Most of the young talent they play in Ranji trophy and they could have come in the international circuit if not playing in IPL. People in Pakistan are of the view that the Pakistan should also have some T20 League.It is not bad if PCB can organize T20 league so that the people of Pakistan can also have  entertainment.When we compare the results of T20 cricket, Pakistan cricket team is far more better than Indian team.Both the teams have won the  T20 World Cup but Pakistan team has always be performing well in T20 Cricket. Apart from winning 2009 T20 world cup the team played the final of 2007 World Cup against India and played the semi final in 2010 T20 World Cup.On paper Indian team has  always been a good side in T20 than Pakistan as the Indian team has a lot of all rounders in their side and the player like Dhoni come at no six.But the track record shows that Pakistani team is far more better then Indian team.  As most of the players in Pakistan they have the background of tape ball and they are quite use to the T20 format.
